Administrative Assistant (FILLED)

Candidate will;

  • work in the art gallery/gift shop

  • organize & display artwork

  • be responsible for customer service, sales and shop management, including opening, balancing cash, displaying artwork, packaging purchases, POS and data entry

  • help plan and organize our summer artisan market

  • help plan and prepare items for the Watershed Artworks Luminary Festival

  • help generate content and maintain Watershed's social media presence

Assets:

  • Artistic background. Experience in art & design creating pottery, paintings, etc.

  • Comfortable working in Excel, Squarespace, Instagram and Facebook.

  • Candidate must be 15 - 30 years old and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident as this is a Canada Summer Jobs opportunity. The position will be 35 hours per week, including weekends for 8 weeks, May 16 - July 8. Hourly wage is $15.65/ hour until May 31 and $16.75/hour after June 1, 2023.

Sales Associate (FILLED)

Candidate will;

· work in the gallery/gift shop

  • The position will be 35 hours per week, including weekends for 8 weeks, July 11 – September 2.
