"The Luminary Festival is a special, sparkling, end-of-summer event! Illuminate yourself with costume and lights, and create a lantern to light the wayl!”

This festival runs for one evening only and has become a late-summer tradition. This event is meant to inspire the kid inside of us with imagination and dressing up in bright costumes.. You will find entertainment, food trucks, activities and displays of light-up art.

Watershed has contributed to the Ctiy’s event with artistic installations on land and water over the years. We take pride in connecting with our community.
